To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. All items must be in the original packaging and you must obtain a return authorization prior to return. Returns received without an authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on any of our consumable or perishable items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take several days to post, so please be patient. Blended Joe reserves the right to provide store credit in lieu of a refund in certain situations.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds on discontinued or clearance merchandise. Any refund or credit issued, without proof of purchase, will be issued at the current price for the related merchandise. Sorry, there are no refunds on apparel, exchanges for sizing only.

Exchanges / Replacements (if applicable)
Apparel Exchanges are offered for sizing issues only, customer agrees to pay additional shipping and handling. If your item arrived damaged, please let us know so that we can replace it if necessary.
Replacement merchandise is only provided for non-apparel items where a defect or damage exists. You will need to return the damaged or defective merchandise to our facility for credit.
