This website also provides information as it relates to our coffee and coffee-related products and coffee preparation and roasting processes as well as useful information on coffee service and brewing. By using this website and, or purchasing from this site you agree to these terms and conditions. This website is intended only for the use of persons age eighteen (18) or older. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms of service at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, as permitted by applicable law.  You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service.

User Accounts:

Users of this website age eighteen (18) and older may register for an account to purchase products and / or create subscriptions for Blended Joe products. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may not register for access to an account and you may only purchase our products through and with the consent of a parent or guardian. When you register for an account, you hereby represent that: 

• You meet the age requirements posted on the website.

• The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and promptly update your information so that it remains accurate, current, and complete.

• You will be responsible for all activities and transactions that take place by you or anyone using your account.

• You will be solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

• We reserve the right to terminate any user account or cancel product orders or subscriptions at our sole discretion.

• Users age eighteen (18) and older may also sign up to receive promotional emails from us. When you ask to be placed on our email list, you hereby confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18) and that you wish to receive promotional emails from us. If you are receiving promotional email from us and would like to be taken off our list, simply click the link at the bottom of any email to unsubscribe.

No Returns:

Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns. In the event your purchase arrived damaged, or was otherwise unsatisfactory please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to obtain a refund or replacement. Blended Joe reserves the right to attempt to correct such an occurrence through a replacement order prior to refunding your purchase.

Order Errors:

In the event there was an error with your order, in processing your order, or in delivering a product, Blended Joe reserves the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Your sole remedy in the event of an error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.

 

Order Cancelation:

Blended Joe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Blended Joe shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping Policy:

Blended Joe utilizes several different carriers for parcel deliveries including the US Postal Service. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from receipt and are shipped on the first available business day thereafter. Please keep in mind that we are a small-batch, specialty coffee roaster, and depending on order volume a small delay may occur in shipping from time to time. Because we prepare every order when it is received any changes or modifications to your order must be made within an hour of receiving your order. At times, it may not be possible to modify an order in which case your only remedy is to cancel an order and receive a refund for your purchase.

Subscriptions:

If you activate or purchase a subscription service, it may include automatically recurring payments for periodic charges (“Subscription Service”), in which case you hereby authorize Blended Joe to periodically charge your credit card, on a going-forward basis and until cancellation or completion of the subscription plan term. Subscription services may be cancelled at any time by logging into your account. If a recurring payment for your subscription should fail due to expired card or any other such reason, it is your responsibility to update your credit card information on your account to prevent lapse or discontinuation of services. Blended Joe reserves the right to discontinue any and all subscription services at any time, for any reason.

Blended Joe offers several different subscription plans, including recurring monthly, 3-month term, 6-month term, or 12-month term.

Your account will be charged automatically on the Subscription Billing Date all applicable fees and taxes for the next subscription period. The subscription will continue unless and until you cancel your subscription or it terminates due to term expiration, or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of the next periodic Subscription Fee to your account. We will bill the periodic Subscription Fee to the payment method you provide to us during registration (or to a different payment method if you change your payment information). Our policy on cancellation is pretty simple: you need to cancel by 5 PM (EST) the day before your next scheduled subscription billing event.
